The Florida Gators’ soccer program continues to expand its record of official visits as they intensify their pursuit of best large faculty potential clients across the country.
Joining the roster for the impending summertime classes is four-star defensive lineman Jarquez Carter from nearby Newberry, Florida, in the 2025 recruitment cycle.
Standing at 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 284 lbs, Carter, a formidable pressure in the trenches, has recently disclosed his formal pay a visit to timetable to On3.
Kicking off his itinerary is a stop by with the Orange and Blue on May perhaps 31st. Following this, he has visits lined up with the Penn Condition Nittany Lions on June 7th, UCF Knights on June 14th, and Miami Hurricanes on June 21st.
Carter has expressed admiration for the Florida Gators, speaking highly of his ordeals with the program.
“I really like the D-line mentor they have. When I went there the last two occasions, he was displaying me strategies and speaking to my loved ones and connecting with me. We talked about issues outdoors of soccer. I really like going to the games, the lifestyle, the enthusiasts, listening to ‘Won’t Back Down’ soon after the 3rd quarter and that experience that you get when you go to the college. Also, me and most of the players have a link.”
Rated as a 4-star prospect, Carter holds the No. 359 location general and No. 42 at his posture nationally, according to the 247Sporting activities composite. Meanwhile, On3’s business rating prices him as a a few-star recruit, putting him at Nos. 390 and 32, respectively.
According to On3’s Recruiting Prediction Equipment, the Florida Gators guide the pack with a 75.5% chance of signing Carter. Following closely are UCF (9.5%), Florida Condition Seminoles (4.6%), and Miami (2.3%).
